PRESS RELEASE The 2 nd Interbalkanic rally was a big success because of the excellent collaboration of the Athletic Club M.R.O.E. and the Automobile Retro Club of Varna A.R.C.V. At the start line there were 43 cars from different countries such as England, Belgium, Romania, and naturally from Greece and Bulgaria from various cities.
